Confused about the meds

So I have been on again off again various adhd meds and none has proved working for me as hoped. I was mayve 2 weeks on Concerta and had burning pains in my legs and had to stop. The dosage was low and made me very tired at first but then I felt like could perform things I wasn't able before like draw for hours. And it was great. Then they swicthed me on Medikinet which I could feel working cery fast and made me perform without having to think at all I was working like normal people. The downside again was the leg pain I was having and also got little anxiety so it was again stopped.

Now I am on Vyvanse or the Elvanse which is the brandname they sell it here. It's 30 mg and after the start I really don't see much difference at all. There was a small moment where I was operating better and then nothing. I have become more depressed and every day feels horrible at the best. I am very tired, hazy and lack energy. Concetration is better but I lack the motivation and energy and thus I am back to square one since my biggest issue was not being able to start and finnish things. The dosage is upped to 50mg from tomorrow and I hope it would do the trick.

This is the last drug to try so I don't want to give up just yet. I also have long history of depression and trauma so ADHD ain't my only issue but still a very significant one. I feel since on stimulants I have at last felt what it's is to be able to perform like a normal person and have motivation for once. It's just that what I am conserned that all those drugs seem like the effect fades or I can't take them cause the side effects:/ I don't want to give up hope and would love to hear about your experinces what worked for you.

Also has anybody experienced pains in legs with concerta or medikinet? It is not even mentioned in the side effects but the pain was really bad and burning. Also got bad acne at the same time and that wan't mentioned in it either.

Also have has tve effect with the meds been really clear? Like you can tell that yeah this is working? Because with all the meds exceot medikinet I kind of just felt like it could be placebo. I mean they do seem to work but I can't tell is it the med or if it's just me operating in my best condition, since some days have been easier without meds too
