Hey everyone, I have never been treated and just trying to juggle through life. I would like to implement some great habits to organize myself better and use the little time we have on this planet in a more sufficient, healthy and satisfying way:)

Anyone feeling the same?

Maybe we can support each other in this!

Or anyone knows of some great habithackers:)

Hi! After finding out that I have ADHD I found writing out my schedule for the next day helped. I wrote it out to the minute. I stopped doing it because I just got a new job but I will resume after Im more settled. Hope this helps.
