Rough day, not a disaster but still

I am hoping that posting here will give me a little bit of a boost to get through work today. I missed my meds this morning and then walked in to find a major unanticipated schedule change that has me extra scattered and I'm not picking up the pieces well. I know it will eventually be OK but I don't want the whole day to be a bust because it takes so much time to pick up the pieces later on. I knew this group would get it and just needed somewhere to say it. thanks

I understand, believe me I do. It's going to be okay, you will get through the day.

Thanks for sharing. We feel you! You can do it, and the day is hopefully half over.
