I desperately need tips on advice how to parent children (one is a year old) And school age… most days i feel like I’m drowning with trying to give my kids a normal happy life they deserve . From keeping up with the house to everything in between, i need some adhd friendly tips what worked for y’all.

Hire all the help you can afford. For cleaning, laundry, running errands. As much as you can afford. Get all that tedious stuff to an absolute minimum.
