What is everyone dosage/ medications ?

I’m on Ritalin IR 5mg 3 times a day…. Effexor 225… it isn’t working well for me. I also am in cbt

Meds effect people differently. Some meds work or don’t work. The ones that help somewhat and may need dosage increases, then one may pay attention to side effects.. body weight can often in fluency dosage.

The truth is you should set up a plan and feedback loop with a psychiatrist. I have found the General Practitioners are very conservative, far less trained, often offer the lowest dose and can be hesitant to increase the dose.

Btw way I take Wellbutrin, Adderall and now Prozac. Dosage on these meds are not equivalent to different meds.

My hope is that you adjust your meds, learn from CBT and enjoy our unique “gift”
