What are you guys doing?

I'm learning about both. I'm still working on getting my meds dialed in. Typical ADHD meds didn't work for me, and I also have anxiety and depression, which are common with ADHD.I find audiobooks really helpful, and there is one called "It didn't start with you" on trauma that has show me that some of my previous experiences were trauma reactions.

My primary care doctor is the one who suggested I seek a trauma therapist in the first place. I've been told EMDR is very helpful for trauma, so I'm currently in the process of finding a therapist.
