Hello guys

Im looking for any helpful information/resources about how to manage : executive function/ impulsivity - intrusive thoughts/ stopping the need to use substances/ mood dysregulation/ being better socially/ handling the basic mode network/ managing stress / dealing with rejection sensitive dysphoria

First step is get to a provider, ideally a psychiatrist ... and share all the struggles you're having. And then you come up with a treatment plan and you do trial and error to get the best treatment. You also want to get to therapy. Most people benefit from meds and therapy ...
