Supplements for ADHD

Hello friends! I was wondering if anyone has had good luck with taking supplements along with their medications for ADHD. If so, would you mind sharing what they are? I am currently on Vyvanse 70mg and somedays I feel as though it works very well and other days I feel a crash around about noon time. I have been on Adderall 10mg that I would take once i felt the crash happening but that only helped/worked for a few hours then I felt another crash and lots of crying/depressed feeling. I heard taking supplements with medication can really help and make a difference so I thought why not give it a shot.

thank you :)

Hi!I’ve been taking Recoop supplements in the morning and evening, and I feel like they really help curb the side effects I get from stimulant meds. I take Vyvanse 50 mg in the morning then split a regular release adderall 5mg in half over the course of the afternoon (usually half at 1;15 the other around 4). I take the morning and evening Recoop supplements. They are helpful!!

I read fish oil supplements are helpful. I do notice a difference when I have run out. It takes a few days. It's not on/off like with the stimulants.
