A.D.D in a nutshell

I keep forgetting what I need to get done and the things that don't matter I tend to hyperfocus on, I can't get those things out of my head. people tell me that if I'ts important enough I will remember it and yes I remember, long after I needed to in a disruptive way and if I don't interrupt, I will forget again. no matter how many times I'm faced with the same situation, I will forget to do certain things. doctors appointments, meetings, how to do things, they say I'm the nutty professor.

I keep losing important things and I'm very disorganized in the mind and my surroundings
