Does anyone have any experience with Myadayis?

I take 30mg Vyvanse once daily and it works for about 6-7hrs.

I work either 7:30-4pm or 12-8:30pm and Vyvanse helps me get through my shift but on my early morning shift it leaves me with no energy or motivation when I get home. When I work the evening shift I have to wait to take it so I have energy to get through my shift at work.

I’m looking at mydayis because it’s supposed to last 12-16hrs max. I’ve been reading some reviews on it and they’re really mixed. Some are saying it’s amazing and some say it’s terrible and there are lots of side effects.

When I took 20mg IR adderall 2x daily,

it caused me to clench my jaw and I’d get agitated when it wore off.

Vyvanse causes me to clench my jaw but it works well but just not long enough.

Anyway! Just looking to see if the negative reviews were due to people not being used to stimulants and the effects that come with it or if they’re actually worth considering. I have enough Vyvanse to try myadayis for a month and if it’s bad I can just stop and go back to Vyvanse but I just need something to help me through the rest of the day and not just work because it’s taking a tile on my home life.

I want to make my wife happy and feel supported by me at home. It’s just impossible to explain to her that I just can’t go when I get home and the meds wore off.

Little bit of a rant I know. 😂

Thanks for the info!

Just talk to your dr about exactly this. I take Adderall IR 3 times a day for this exact reason. I needed longer coverage. I’m at a stage in my life that I need morning to bedtime coverage. I have a 2.5 year old that drained me the second he was born and I’m positive I’m in peri menopause. A time of even more diminished working memory. My husband takes 30mg Vyvanse and then 20XR Adderall for the same reason, at my request. Work was getting all of his Vyvanse and I got nothing! And that was the biggest problem in my husbands and I is life. Our marriage falling apart because his ADHD was impossible for me to manage on top of my own and our 2 years old (future) ADHD’er. I could care less if my husband takes his work time meds. But he better take his home time meds!!! And I have to ask him every single day. And I can tell immediately if he hasn’t taken them because I will loose patience and get overly frustrated instantly. Once he takes his medication, the house is calm. So you’re totally right. Home life matters! It matters a lot and my husbands dr understood that very easily and prescribed my husband the extra dose. We still have plenty of issues but when we’re both medicated, issues are easier to discuss and address because we have less miscommunication. When my husband is unmedicated he can’t make coherent sentences. He confusing his he and she’s, jumps around in stories, uses the wrong words and thinks he’s said things out loud when he has not. That’s on top of all the other ADHD stuff. Not easy.

I hope this helps.

30mg is working for me, but I try to wait until about 10am to take it and even later if I have a social event in the evening. I would suggest chewables that can be split in two. Good luck.

Sorry. My ADD missed the main topic(!). I’m sorry to say that I don’t know anything about the medication you want to try. I suggest that if you change meds you do it during a time you’re off work and can get through the ups and downs without ruining a relationship and/or your job! Best of luck. I know it’s rough.
