Methylphenidate Side Effects?

Hi! I recently started methylphenidate hydrochloride for my ADHD, (brand name Xaggitin Xl) and I’ve had no side-effects so far other than a bit more anxiety than usual for the first hour after my dose, I already have anxiety though so this isn’t a huge issue. But over the last week or so I have noticed I’ve needed to stretch constantly or tense my muscles, I’m constantly stretching my shoulders, tensing my neck and fingers and I’m wondering if this could be a side-effect? If I don’t do it it feels uncomfortable. Thanks!

Not for me!

Other than the very first day of taking it , feeling a bit weird, I never had any side effects with methylphenidate. Same now that I take amphetamine.

A lot of side effects are individually tailored. Compared to some other medications, I find the side effects of stimulants are not that similar between people across the board.

Maybe someone here has had that experience though!
