I currently take 40mg of Elvanse morning time and 10mg of Trintillex after 6pm. I’m aware Vortioxetine is also increases serotonin. I have had some slight sleep issues while on it. Has anyone taken it in the morning WITH the adhd stimulants? I would of thought this may be OTT and increase side effects. I’m a bit confused on why I’ve been prescribed these together even after asking them.
