Virtual SUPPORT Groups for ADHD/ADD

Yes, we all need advice, help, guidance, support and also to meet like minded, and other people with ADHD/ADD. So, yes there is a website that has a lot of virtual support groups. So far, I have attended 3 sessions. You get to meet a lot of people who are in the same boat aa you are and they are non judgmental and it is pretty safe as well. They conduct their session via Zoom and it is worldwide. I am dropping the link here below:
