I believe I will be not able to tolerate stimulants. I'm in the process of being tested for ADHD and just found out that I have PLMD. It was diagnosed through a sleep study. No wonder I did not get no sleep. So the neurologist prescribed a dopamine agonist for it and I already feeling the side effect of it. My face and my body feels like is "paralyzed". So I'm sure my body will not tolerate it and it just does not feels right. Are all stimulants like that?

Look at Armodafinil. I just started it because I couldn't tolerate stimulants because they exacerbate my Raynaud's.
Ask about Straterra. It is a non-stimulent ADHD medication. It helped me
thank you for your guys reply, i even cut the pill in 1/4, which is like 30 mg, and still experience the same side effects
Tell the prescribing doctor what you’re experiencing. It could be transitory as you get used to the med, but maybe not. They need to know so they can adjust dosage or change meds. Stimulants should not make you feel that way, but you’ll need to make sure that the ADHD prescribing doc is well versed in the drugs interacting.
Most stimulants will make you react. In time you get use to it
