Hi 👋 guys It’s Shnookie. Really need your support. I feel my ADHD is out of control. House is a mess. Misplaced envelope of money Feeling uncomfortable 😣

Also off my Haldol for anxiety fortunately

found pharmacy that has it in stock but

this same issue happened last year. Must

go out to run some errands but b4 I leave I’m going to do some deep breathing.

When I get home will do things to calm me down. Thank U 4 letting me vent.

I found Zolof (sertraline in generic) is better for calming you than other anti depressives I've taken like Lexipro.
