Have happiness in my life such as being in this group. We R going thru challenging

times now. I’m watching a show about

a veterinarians and the animals they take care of. It’s a break from what’s going here

in U.S. between Trump and Biden. Sending everyone hugs 🤗 S

Thank U very much. I think one of the purposes of this group is to be supportive of each other and this includes having a note of levity. I wish that I could have a dog now but that is not possible now so watching

programs on Animal Planet is the next best thing.

What do you mean?

Eat, sleep and move is what I’m doing lol. I’ll yell randomly, find alternatives to stimulants, sugary foods, Red Bull’s lol.

The thing with the alternative is that it gets things super out of control and then I’m left with the same problem but more severe in a way... 😬

Reading has been my thing. To settle things down. Asking yourself the right questions to. It’s a lot of winding down for me.

I’m coming off meth and my meds are related. I was in a position at one point where I wanted to relapse but I had to wait for my meds to be prescribed. I had to wait until the next day, take a drug screen, wait a whole other week until and then i called in and reported my mood and cravings and finally got them back.

If you’re like me, I’m all over the place mentally. When that happens, I must remember, do things right. Which for me was learning patience. I’m very tapped into myself too. When I wild out, I’ll wild out until I realize it. And it’s the question to myself, where I’m like wait wtf lol. Catching and follow that thought. Reverse that thought.

Idk now I’m feeling super out of this world with what I’m saying Hahahhaa.

If you’re catching on, let me know I can go deeper into it and explain what I do.

I can understand how that might be a struggle to think about. At least that’s what I’m picking up on.

What kind of advice are you looking for lol. I go off on my own plane of reality. I’m always up to help though 😅
