Sometimes i think about chinese traditional theory of spleen about health. If that works that can help to explain a lot of health issues either mental or physical.

Interesting thought. I wonder often about the role astrology plays in my ADHD. We all have good days and bad days... the inconsistency could be emphasized by the stars. Ya never know.
