I had a doozie of a day. I’m on Medi Cal

and on stress related disability so I have an EBT card for stamps and a credit card for

my disability payments. I went to my

bank in Los Angeles to transfer my money

From my disability card to my

checking account to pay some bills. I took

out the EBT card instead of the disability

card and tried to transfer the money. The card didn’t go thru of course. I left

the bank very frustrated and when I got

Outside I finally realized that I was using the wrong card inside the bank. I felt bloody stupid and realized I had made a huge

ADHD brain freeze and when I drove my car into the security garage in my apt

building, it took me forever to park

my car. I was totally frustratedmyself when I got into the At and mad at

I usually use my cognitive training but

today it went to hell. Has anybody here had days like These. Thanks 🙏 guys for

listening to me. Hugs 🤗 Shnookie

Yes, I have had a few days from hell! grrr!

Practice kindness and self compassion. You are not your mistakes. Most of us would not treat others the way we treat ourselves... 💓

Poor thing. I can't tell you how many times I've cussed out an ATM for not giving me cash when I stuck my library card in it, or showed the guards my metro card instead of my employee ID when trying to get into work. And even now that I live out in the country and don't have to try to park in an underground garage, I have multiple scrapes on my car from misjudging the distance when I pull up to the mailbox. So yeah, I feel your pain!

Thank U so much for your supportive reply. U truly understand how I felt and still feel to a small extent. Today however I plan to

send out 3 to 4 applications for employment. And if I get only 2 done

I’m saying OK as well. Since COVID Hit,

Is the 1st time in 23 years that I have not paid my rent in full! And I’m also looking

for full time work as well. I just took some deep breaths. I’m going to try as hard as I

Can to Use my cognitive training tools and break things down and not to catastrophize Wish me good luck

Hugs 🤗 M

Stay safe
