I was diagnosed when I was 12 and had been on medication until i graduated highschool. I am now in a place where I cannot take medication and I'm struggling with online school. I dont have a regular work schedule or sleep schedule as my job requires me to switch from nights to days constantly. is anyone else having this issue? what do you do to manage time? how do you copo

It's tough because your sleeping will be off ADHD also has insomnia with it seek a doctor try to work it in with how are you doing in school
The best advice I can think to give is splitting your school work into VERY small chunks. I know this is a common response in regards to school work, but giving myself small goals of "reading three paragraphs of 'book' " has helped me naturally flow into work.
I know it's easier said than done, but try to go easy on yourself. Some days you may not finish an assignment, other days you might hyperfocus on it, and other days you may never get started. But when you start being hard on yourself, that only makes it worse.
I wish I had better advice to give you, and my old job had inconsistent schedule changes for me. I wish you the best of luck.
