Such a cute message.Im sorry to hear you struggling.Its totally frustrating when you want to concentrate more but you just can't.I used to find that the harder I tried to force it,the worse I felt.At least you've kept your sense of humour.Its one of these silent illnesses that most people just don't understand but there are so many add-ons connected with this, depression and the like.I hope you keep it as light as possible cos it'll break you if you try to fight it on your own.Good luck with ADHD solutions.

Try using the Zoom record feature (chat her and ask for consent to record the lecture) and go back to It to review it. Do this a couple times To isolate what's most distracting and then ask her what you need her to do or search for tips You can use. You should be able to at least audio record with a recorder (think it still requires permission)
