Normally I’d go hard but I already sensed my restlessness since I had a heavy day of new experiences today 🥱😀 I spent like 15 mins on the title hahaha! What I decided on is no where near what I initially put. I actually don’t even remember what I initially put

Anyways! 😁😁 check in with yourself, like all the time and get in the habit and be very self aware. You’ll get better and catching yourself being impulsive and zoning out. Just because you acted impulsive doesn’t mean you can’t control it. The moments after being impulsive is 100% controllable. I promise.

If you can, don’t if you feel that it’s not a good idea, look at the entire occurrence of impulsivity. The moment of sudden interest or feeling of “need”, that’s how I describe my impulsiveness, is what’s out of your control, and I get it . It’s so quick you’re left like, wait what??? Getting to know yourself on a deeper level is so great because you get to experience a part of life that many others can’t even grasp. I tried explaining to some others and my family and I feel like they view me as some lunatic. I love myself enough to not let it affect me anymore like it was for the last idk.. I’ve been untreated since like 7. Im 27 and only barely getting my symptoms addressed and managed.

Hmm I wasn’t so tired it seems like haha. I get super into what I post hahaha it puts me in a super positive mood 😁

Always remember the fact that ONLY YOU know YOU. Others opinion of something they 1. Don’t have and 2. Are most likely ignorant of, should be barred from consideration in how you view yourself.

You’re wonderful and the best you, you can ever be right now. Cherish yourself, you deserve to! 😀 love ya,
