I haven't looked too much into any of those. I saw the HowToADHD videos about Bullet Journaling, but I don't think I have the commitment to make it work. I usually rely on my Google calendar for personal stuff and my Outlook calendar for work. Then I use mental tasks lists at home, which isn't always the best.

I rely on my I phone calendar, it’s the easiest for me for events, appointment, etc. the bullet journal I want to do as sorta a side hobby project. Idk how to explain it but I’m going to try and do what Ryder Carroll says to do in his utube video. I’m not going to rely on this board journal in the beginning but I’m going to kind a track and record and I think it would be cool if I am consistent with it then I can look back a month or two and get a summary of what I’ve done throughout the month. Kinda like a journal
