Hello everyone, I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2014. Since then I have been in struggle without medication for the last 6 six years due to inaccessibility of prescribed Retalin (Methylphendiate HCL) in my country, Ethiopia. Currently, I am involved in multi-tasking managerial position in which my ADHD leaves me to suffer a lot to an awful condition.

Ritalin is on the current drug formulary list for Ethiopia. There is currently no shortage in supplies of this medication according to the World Health Organization. Maybe you need to talk to a few physicians in your country and ask them to help you. This website is for people struggling with ADHD and for the people who care about someone struggling with ADHD. Not a good place to ask for assistance in getting this medication to you. There is another person, with your same name, asking for assistance in obtaining Oxycodone for a sick parent in Ethiopia. This was on a Hospice forum. Maybe the two of you could meet and help each other find what you are looking for.

Try changing jobs? Some jobs are perfect for those of us with ADHD, some can make us crazy. CHADD is a good source. What you eat and your mindset have a lot to do with how you manage your ADHD. I am unfamiliar with how they do things in your country. Coffee can help a little but don't overdue it. Go on line and do your research pl us there are more drugs you can try besides Ritalin. Be good to yourself, analyze what things you are good at and what you can't do well--be honest. I live in the US and it is hard for me to get the right prescription. May be you might do better in a place that ADHD drugs are available, but you usually need a doctor to prescribe them
