Hello Team and Support Group (Just stopping to say hi!)

I was diagnosed with ADHD approx 9/10 years ago.

I'm currently on Adderall 20mg 2x a day, but working towards tapering it off.

So glad I joined this Community to read and learn from my fellow colleagues.
