I’m 35 and hoping to get preg soon. I discontinued my meds but I’m really scared. What have others done?

I have 3 kids biologically, but I had stopped taking my medications at 16 and only restarted 15 years later, big oops. However, I did not feel that my symptoms were overly exacerbated by my pregnancies. I researched a lot, wrote down my questions and always took my mom or my best friend to make sure I remembered to ask the questions that seemed to fly out of my head the second I walked into my dr.s office. With a great support group there is no reason this has to be a scary thing. :) best of luck on your baby plans.
