Mid chain fatty acid

I get energised mentally and my stamina get significantly improved if i take a tablespoon of coconut oil. However, I heared saturated fat in coconut oil is unhealthy. Do you have any idea about how to take this mid chain fatty acid without any damage?

Hey Askin_guy! For myself, I use coconut oil for literally everything. The medium chain acids break down differently than other saturated fats. This oil is extremely beneficial from everything from brain health, diabetes, gum disease to moisturizer and other topical uses. My family runs very high LDL cholesterol and at 49 mine is normal, with a very high HDL. I add coconut oil to smoothies, coffee, popcorn butter replacement and mix in my dog’s food for treat. She has the SOFTEST coat! It’s antibacterial, antimicrobial, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, antibiotics and a great sunscreen! We get ours at Costco.
