Hi! I take 20 mg vyvance and it helps me focus a bit longer on homework and tasks. IDK if you have anxiety but vyvance doesn't cause me a lot of anxiety like adderall XR did. How have the meds helped you?

I do. I recently went from 60 to 70 mg about 3 months ago.

there was only one time when i was on 70 mg, and i got super manic
