I am a 46 ur old female diagnosed with ADHD June 16, 2016. I’m open to any tips or words of advice from other Flawesome people with this. I sit at a desk all day talking to customers over the phone. Do any of you have tips or ideas of quiet desk toys? I already adult color and have a couple toys. My hands just have to be busy.
