Event Planners with ADHD???

I love what I do yet I’m always looking for ways to improve productivity and concentration. As someone who works in the exhibition and events industry, I’m looking for tips and tools on how to stay calm when I’m overstimulated. What advice would you give a fellow ADHDer on how not to get too excited that I become paralyzed in working? Has this every happened to anyone? If so, what did you do to get unstuck?

Put 1 dropper under your tongue of 1500 mg water soluble CBD oil, wait 1 minute and then swallow. It will put you in a happy place, naturally.

Have considered trying something else. Wellbutrin okay for a couple months but now send to be making me anxious.
