Teachers with ADD

I know several of you here in this community are teachers. I have a question. Do you find that by the time you get home at the end of the day you are totally exhausted and forget dealing with things on the weekend. I know I don't sleep well due to other issues but I often feel that I work so hard to stay focused at school that by the time I get home I just want to crash. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to accomplish more at home?

I go for a walk after work to help with feeling better mentally and physically, especially after a stressful day of teaching. I find it helps with clearing my mind before I do other tasks at home such as preparing for the next day for teaching.

I try to prioritize tasks into what’s needed to be completed first, focusing on one step at a time, and giving myself ample time to come back to with completing tasks. Those strategies help me with being able to complete tasks otherwise I feel overwhelmed.
