New here...My 6 yr old son was recently diagnosed w ADHD...so I started researching n wat do ya know I have all the symptoms also.hahaha I’m 39 n lived with it my whole life. It’s really an eye opening n explains everything I’ve been dealin with for yrs. it’s nice to find out I’m not crazy.lol

Utube How to ADHD and dr Russell Barkley. I like podcasts too. A great one is from Chadd. Also locally chadd has meetings once a month for adults with ADHD and for parents with children with ADHD
Ok thanks for the info. I will def look into the information. I would love to go to monthly meetings. Hopefully there’s one close to me.
