Can't concentrate

I can't concentrate on reading and have difficulty grasping things .My mind is distracted and i get racing thoughts in mind everytime. I have not been taking any meds now .What about you?

I too, struggle to concentrate on reading and have difficulty grasping things. Seems worse lately, but I'm trying to get caffeine out of my life but so far it's just a fluctuating battle. I also can become very tired, which gives me a sense of blankness and disinterest and irritability at the struggle to understand. Caffeine helps this but I also think the addiction to it ultimately contributes to it to my issues, which is why I'm trying to see what happens without it but apparently it takes months before withdrawal goes away. It's been a pretty long spiritual road for me, which has led me to believe it's in my best interest to try to live without medication. Not saying this is so for everyone, just myself, this is how I feel I've been guided, spiritually and from experience. It's really hard though.

Thanks for ur reply my case is different ,i suffer from anxiety too.Caffeine increases my anxiety😫

I have anxiety as well, and ptsd and depression. It takes everything I have not to isolate and even then I often don't succeed.

I'm not a good reader unless it's something I really want to read. Even then I'll struggle to focus and have to re-read passages.
