How do people with ADHD are able to cope up with daily tasks that they don't like?

Building and maintaining routines can help a lot. If you can get in the habit of doing things on a regular basis it will make doing them easier. It tends to work better if you start small with one or two habits and slowly build up using things you already do on a regular basis as cues to do the new thing.

Gamification can also help. Make things fun. Turn chores into games. If you are working on a task with someone else, have a race or competition. If not you can race against a clock or play music and try to finish before the playlist ends.

Lastly, reward yourself! People with ADHD have a malfunctioning internal reward system. You can compensate for this by giving yourself external rewards when you get something done. The reward works best if it comes directly after the action you want to reward. I like to use a sticker chart (You are never too old for stickers) and if you want you can create a system where you can earn bigger rewards by cashing in stickers. You could also use checkboxes or a punch card to earn rewards in a similar manner.

Hope these tips help! :)

Thank you so much and do keep up with the routine!!

It looks impossible to follow a routine but its important and i will keep trying.

Thanks

For what it's worth, it's not even so much processing rewards themselves as a muted anticipation of them: expectation before the fact prompts action.

This also factors into our tendency to lose habits easily: if the anticipated reward doesn't materialize, our already-fragile expectation of it is reduced and we stop acting on it.

I’ve been trying to answer that forever, but if I learned anything so far I’d say resilience with routine/habit.
