ADD meds are expensive!!

Hello, after getting a prescription for Adderall, I was told that a month's worth was going to cost $120 -- that is after my insurance took 2 weeks to check my claim. Are there cheaper ways to get this medication? From Canada?

I think it might be cheaper if you get it in a three month supply, but that might be difficult.

Have you tried other treatment methods? You may be able to find something less expensive that works as well. Some people with ADHD can get by with some inexpensive lifestyle changes. I know it probably doesn't work for everyone but if you haven't already tried it, it might be worthwhile to look into other options.

Counseling can also help. Though this can get just as expensive, it doesn't always.

Well, best of luck!

Thank you. I'll keep that in mind. I'm going to go ahead and try with the Adderall, and see if the difference it makes is worth the money and any potential side effects.

It looks like this app is going to tell me where the cheapest location to buy it is. I haven't plugged in all the info yet. I'll play with it a little and see if it pops out a code.
