Welcome. I got diagnosed at 25. My folks are in their mid 50s and I am helping them out and recommending them treatment options and supplements to help out the struggles that ADHD brings. What subtype of ADHD do you have, and have you sought treatment?
I am turning 50 this year. I was diagnosed after HS, but never got treated until a couple of years ago after a rough spurt. I relied very heavily on deadline adrenaline and found that I just could do that anymore. Still searching for solutions.
