Relationship issues - I have ADD, take med's for it but lately I see the real need for counseling. I feel lost, OK at work but relationship with spouse is bad. Divorce or not is the motto for now. Looking for sources of techniques or strategies for an ADD man.

if you don't mind me asking, what subtype of ADHD do you have? Also, what do you feel are your general shortcomings or excesses? I'm in grad school to become an MFT (marriage and family therapist), might be able to give some input.
