How do I help myself

My sister really helps me with my kids and goes through her own health issues as well. I need to step and help her with whatever she needs but I don't know what I should do first or what the first step should be in prioritizing and organizing my life. Help!!!

As far as helping your sister, just offer to help when you see her doing something you could do. Give it a little thought. I bet you can come up with something. Anything you offer will be appreciated.
