I just signed in here. Turned 66 a few days ago, recently retired college teacher. Have has ADD inattentive type my entire life and only began to realize it after my now 31 year old son was diagnosed with it at about age 6. Seeking counseling and or finding an ADD coach as I deal with transition from clear commitments and a wonderful career to being retired. Hope to find information, ideas and support among people of this site. Thank you.
