My son who is 6 years has ADHD, He is currently on Guanfacine ER 1mg (before bed), Fluoxetine 20mg/5ml and Risperidone .25 mg (half dose) ((In the morning)). He gets really sleepy and wants to go to sleep about an hour after I give him his meds. He also take the other half of the Risperidone in the late afternoon. His doctor says that he should get over the tiredness in a few days, but we are going on several weeks. I have gotten calls from school that he is falling asleep at school.

Has anyone herd of taking this many medications? I feel that he maybe over medicated.
