Good evening, I have a son who is 11 and has ADHD, he finds it hard managing emotions which can be challenging especially when you have 3 other children to attend to.

Hi, Laschae,

Parenting is undeniably challenging, and it's completely normal to feel that way at times. But it's important to recognize that you're doing a great job and giving your best effort. Every day, you're showing up for your child, even when it's tough. Remember, you are not alone in this journey. It might be helpful to connect with others who are going through similar experiences—perhaps by joining a parent support group. It can offer a sense of community, understanding, and valuable advice. chadd.org/affiliate-locator/ Here is an article you can read on emotions d393uh8gb46l22.cloudfront.n... I hope these resources are helpful, if there is anything else you need, please let me know.
