Gifts for Christmas!

Parents -

What ADHD-specific items are we getting our kids for Christmas this year? We already have a wobble chair and snuggle sheet which are awesome!

Just wondering what other nuggets of gold objects you all have in mind?

How old is your child? Each age like different things.

Sensory items are great at this age. Things with different textures. Maybe music noise canceling headphones for kids. My kid also loves art supplies.

We are getting a new trampoline. They broke the last one and it was really helpful having a fun safe outlet for all of that energy. :)

Burlington has some super soft hoodies my kid is begging me for after I came home with one for myself. I also am getting a stuffy set of warrior cats for my kiddo. She loves pretend play with them at 10. I’m also getting a new robe and slippers for her, as well as a power bank for her phone. I just bought some social emotional power pack for us to communicate feelings and work on coping strategies.

Our son lived Rubicon cubes.. start simple then move to harder ones. He also like puzzles and puzzle challenges.

Glorb's. They are like sticky balls that they can throw at ceiling or wall

Zenimal. We use this for meditation for our little guy. It has many settings for relaxation.

Zenimation series from Disney is also something we use for meditation.

Marvin’s Monster Diary Book Set. We used this to explain his ADHD. Other books he enjoys reading Pig the Pug series, The Pigeon series and Piggie & Elephant series.

Fidget toys like sensory stones, squishies, and Lego chew necklaces. Lately, he love those giant squish mallows especially when he reads.

Hope this helps.
