I have been reading about and searching for daily exercises related to Asymmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex or any of the primitive reflexes. Does anyone know where I might find some? Everywhere I turn it seems to involve me paying for a course.
Has anyone had any success with these techniques?
Thank you

Thanks for your message, just want to make sure you are asking the right group. We are parents who have children with ADHD.If it is the right group I have never heard of it.
Yes, also VERY interested in this discussion, here's the connection if you're wondering in how it connects to adhd and of course there's a lot of info out there:
My adhd/dyslexic 7 year old has been in OT for 3 year years and they have not done work around retained primitive reflexes. Would love to hear any experiences on working on this with a professional. Thank you!
Conclusion: ADHD symptoms in children are closely related to the non-integration of (a)symmetric tonic neck primitive reflexes. Longitudinal or experimental studies should be conducted to reveal the causal relationship between ADHD and primitive reflexes in the future.
Conclusions: These results provide first evidence in medical literature that ADHD in girls and boys is specifically related to distinguished neurological developmental mechanisms related to disinhibition of primitive reflexes.
Since so many of us do med management, play therapy, parent coaching, OT, etc etc and then support various learning disabilities, I am also definitely interested in treatments that might be helpful, noninvasive, etc. just to add to the mix if/when we have time and can afford it. Chicken nugget, let us know what you decide and how it goes if you start doing treatment! I am very very curious, but can't add/afford more interventions to our lives right now. Thanks!
