hi! I am new to this. I like to join communities/groups to learn new things about ADHD and anxiety. My son who is 7 has been diagnosed since he was 3 with both. I am always on my social media advocating and sometimes I get a lot of backlash for it. ADHD has been our “normal” but it has been overly stressful lately.
