hi all,

Struggling with an adult son who’s was diagnosed with adhd years ago. Now 23 , unable to accept he needs to seek help with this. I feel I’m beyond the limit of my ability to suggest this as it just winds up in an argument. That being said, just about everything winds up in an argument.

Anyone know if theres a resource for parents to get advice on how to deal with this?

Hi there, I also have an adult child (24) who is struggling to accept his diagnosis. Lots of arguments. It’s exhausting.

One book which really opened my eyes to what we are dealing with and broke it down well is:
