my some was recently switched from a Abilify to Latuda for anger/aggression. He started in 20mg for one week then Friday increased to 40mg. He has never had any issues with sleep, but since starting Latuda he is waking up very early ( anywhere from 4:55 am to 6 am) unlike us normally having to wake him up. He is more restless. The doctor today recommended splitting the dose to 20mg am and 20 pm to see if this helps. My only concern is within an hour of taking it he can’t keep his eyes open. Anyone have any input or experience with this drug or side effects?
