hi! I've see a few apps that suggest they can help with inattentive adhd. does anyone have experience (positive/negative) with a specific app? my daughter is 14 and struggles with time management, organization, and focus.

I have tried Sensa and would give it a big thumbs down—it has a timed start where you can only do one small lesson a day which means I lost steam so fast. It’s more of a mood tracker that someone decided to market for adhd
