Interesting. .

Just wondering.. are you asking about a real study to show you a child's brain? That would mean there would have to be kids and families that volunteer for this. They would also have to have no medication while allowing photos.

I can say we had to do a very restricted diet with our son and cut out so much including anything that had die in it.

He got really sick and did not have enough energy so we started adding stuff back.

No thanks.

There are lots of animated videos on YouTube that are for kids with ADHD. They explain ADHD in kid friendly terms like “upstairs brain and downstairs brain.” You may want to start there. I watch a lot of videos to find the ones I thought would be best for my daughter, but it was worth the time. They helped her understand how her brain works. I didn’t search for ADHD/sugar specifically.
