Can we combine concerta 36mg with accentrate 110?

hello, my 16 years old son started taking concerta 36mg a month ago, do u think I can combine accentrate with concerta? he got much better with concerta but his concentration is still lacking and i dont want to increase the dosage of concerta.

Anyone tried to combine both?

My 21 year old son is taking methyphenidate 54 mg. Started him on accentrate 110 and noticed a change about 2 weeks later. He is calmer, fewer outbursts. He still has outbursts just not as many. Has been about 3 months now, no adverse effects. Acccentrate contains shellfish.
