Do any of your adhd kids do a friendship or social group? If so would you recommend it? How did you go about finding one? Thanks

Our son has ADD and is on the spectrum. He participates in a social group through an autism association. He has also participated in social skills groups through speech therapy. Some local CHADD office’s can refer you to social skill groups that their members attend. You might also look up social skill groups through local therapist offices or children focused organizations. The good thing about Covid is that it has helped make available virtually many groups and therapies that were predominantly located in bigger cities. A good first step might be contacting your state’s parent resource center and seeing if they can point you in the right direction.parentcenterhub.org/find-yo...
