Best insurance coverage for ADHD care for kids and myself

I'm new here and new to dealing with ADHD care for my kids and perhaps myself. My family is switching insurance coverage and the new offerings are either Kaiser or Anthem Blue Cross. We are in northern California. I am wondering if anyone has thoughts on which of these two providers to opt for. Also does it help (is it worth it) to have PPO coverage? Thanks!

We are in Northern CA and we have had a wonderful experience with Kaiser. I will warn you.. you have to attend classes before you get service. Also if you are not having good luck with a certain doctor you can always change.

We have 3 locations or more to go to. The town we live in does not have an Emergency Room, we have to drive about 20min away.

Just know they are a large HMO so some of their rules seem silly.

We had UCDavis before and didnt had issues with them and everything is spread out.

We have seen a number of specialist and have had no problem getting care for our son.

Send me a message if you have any more questions.
